AVTED designs, constructs and installs a mobile LED screen system for the stage

The Board of Directors of AUDIO VISUAL TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT JSC (AVTED) received the direction and cooperation with the MINISTRY OF CULTURAL, SPORTS AND TOURISM, coordinated with Viet Bac Music Song and Dance Theatre in Thai Nguyen City to carry out the project: “Design, construction and completion of LED screen system for the stage”

The set amount of 7 LED screens includes 4 small LED screens for 2 stage wings, 1 large screen in the middle of the stage and 2 large screens on 2 sides of the main stage.

+ 4 wing screens have each screen size: 7,0m high and 1,5m wide

+ 1 Main stage screen size: 7,0m high and 4,5m wide

+ 1 Screen on the left side of the stage size: 7,0m high and 4,0m wide

+ 1 Screen on the right side of the stage size: 7,0m high and 4,0m wide

Disadvantages encountered by AVTED were: The time to receive the construction site was late, the screen system could be moved and the completion time was so short, the project  must be completed to keep up with the 77th anniversary of the cultural tradition on August 22/ 1945 – August 22, 2022 and the national day September 2, 2022.

Advantages: With the best help of the departments combined with Viet Bac Music Song and Dance Theatre and the consensus of the entire AVTED technical staff, the work took place smoothly. Quality products bring professionalism and meet the given requirements.

ADVANCED TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS:

– The screen can be moved and work independently or combine with other screens to form a large screen.

-The frame is machined and designed to suit the size and design of the screen: screen frame size 4496x7160x1500mm welded into a board rack system, Pedestal system with 500kg bearing wheel / wheel and lock. The support system uses a 40x80x2 galvanized box, the support frame system uses a 40x40x1.8 galvanized box, the LED mounting frame system uses a galvanized box 20x40x1.4, the alumex frame uses a galvanized box 25x25x1.2. PU/CI wheel mounting rotating plate Ø 150mm*51W Wheel lock, SP Caster wheel catch ciphertext.

– The entire system uses P3.91 LED screen combining TS802D data transmitter card and RV908 M/V32 data receiver card
